Trattoria Tavolare is a new restaurant concept at Oslo Airport Gardermoen. I contributed to the development of the design profile for this authentic Italian restaurant concept in collaboration with SSP (Select Service Partner) and the team at Grid. The visual identity captures the genuine warmth and tradition of Italian dining culture while efficiently serving diverse traveler groups.

The design strategy extends beyond the restaurant space through carefully integrated retail solutions, including custom signage, graphics, and other elements. Trattoria Tavolare offers travelers a welcoming destination where they can experience authentic Italian cuisine during their journey.
